Chairman
Rupiah Banda
President of the Republic of Zambia, former foreign minister and UN ambassador under the regime of Kenneth Kaunda. Educated at Lund 's University in Sweden between 1962-1964. His mother was born in the village Chiparamba close to Chipata, hence the name of the football academy.

Board members
Nenani Banda
Rupiah Banda's son. Studied at Golden Gate University in USA. And is currently working at Octagon in Johannesburg, South Africa, responsible for the Coca Cola Cup, a football tournament that takes place in 14 countries around southern Africa. Together with Dan Allbäck and Lennart Bäckman, Nenani co-founded Chiparamba in 1997.

Dan Allbäck
Runs his own company in Gothenburg. Played in Örgryte IS until 1983. Many years experience of southern Africa .

Lennart Bäckman
Runs his own company in Gothenburg. Sponsor of Örgryte IS. Many years experience of southern Africa .

Headcoach
Noah Phiri
Has worked with Chiparamba since 1999. Responsible for the training strategies of all age groups within the academy.
